Who do you sell to?
Manufacturers and business buyers only: pharmaceutical and veterinary manufacturers, and the companies that buy for them. We do not sell to patients or consumers.
Which documents come with a quote?
The certificate of analysis and the safety data sheet. Certificate of origin, specification, statements and regulatory access letters depend on the product and the source; we confirm them with the quote.
Do you ship to Latin America?
Yes. We supply manufacturers in the Americas, Asia and Europe, under the Incoterm you choose.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the molecule and the grade. The quote states it.
How do I pay, and how do I know an invoice is real?
